The 52nd State is a game for people who hate politics. From the start, I aimed to convey this theme straight from the box design and carry it through all the marketing materials. When we launched the game on Kickstarter, the concept struck a chord, leading to a successful campaign in 2021.

Initial Product Design
Collaborated closely with the game designer to fully understand their vision, then iterated through multiple design concepts until we achieved a final design that best showcased the game.
Marketing
Produced 50 engaging videos highlighting strange laws in each state, leveraging guerrilla marketing to build anticipation and generate buzz ahead of the Kickstarter campaign launch.
Print Production
Collaborated closely with the logistics lead to refine the product design, ensuring it was precise and on point, eliminating any potential print issues before the game was ready to ship.
